Cancelled & Missed Massage Appointments Policy
Please understand that our time begins the moment you reserve a massage. Body In Balance makes every effort to accommodate all of our clients, therefore, please consider your schedule carefully and do not commit to a time that you may feel is questionable.Body In Balance understands there are times when a cancellation is necessary. Please provide a 2 hour advance cancellation notice whenever possible.
Missed or cancelled appointments (medical emergencies excluded) without 2 hours notice will be charged the full cost for the missed treatment session.
